HubitHab is a mobile application developed by Mikhail Kostenko, operating under the trade name SingleDev (av. Calouste Gulbenkian 1378, 4460-266 Senhora da Hora, Portugal). For any questions about these terms, contact us at hello@hubithab.eu.
By downloading or using HubitHab, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
HubitHab automatically tracks habits by connecting to services you already use — such as GitHub, LeetCode, and Apple Health — and displaying your activity as visual heatmaps. You do not enter habit data manually.
To use certain integrations, you provide a public username (e.g. your GitHub or LeetCode handle). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect those accounts. We only fetch publicly available data on your behalf.
Apple Health data is read directly on your device and never sent to our servers. You control access through Apple's standard permissions system and may revoke it at any time in your device settings.
HubitHab offers a one-time purchase to unlock unlimited connections. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and managed by RevenueCat. All sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law. We do not handle payment card details directly.
You agree not to misuse the app. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app or its proxy server, using the app in a way that violates the terms of any connected third-party service (GitHub, LeetCode, Apple), or using the app for any unlawful purpose.
All content, design, and code within HubitHab are the property of SingleDev unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
HubitHab connects to third-party services (GitHub, LeetCode, RevenueCat). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of those services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
HubitHab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or that data fetched from third-party services will be accurate or complete. Habit tracking data is informational only and should not be relied upon for medical or health decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SingleDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or interruption of service.
HubitHab is not directed at children under 16. If you are under 16, please do not use the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a revised date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
